1/2 cup onions
2 tbsp ginger
200 gms cabbage
2-Three tbsp oil for cooking
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander and 1/2 tsp fennel seeds for making Powder. We’ll use 1 tsp of this powder at first and 1/2 tsp in the long run.
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Garnish with inexperienced onions
3-Four cups of vegetable broth ( you may substitute with water or make your personal broth as properly)
Warmth oil in a pot/wok/saucepan. Add ginger.
Add onions. Shortly stir them.
Add 1 tsp of cumin/coriander/fennel powder.
Add 1 tsp salt.
Add paprika. Let onions fry for 3-Four minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes. After few minutes, add cabbage.
Saute cabbage for 3-Four minutes.
Add veg broth. Carry broth to boil. Let it simmer.
End off with pepper and cumin/fennel/coriander powder.
Garnish with inexperienced onions and serve.
