  2. i started ww about 2 1/2 was. ago. preparing food is not my thing so when i can find something that i can eat without any prep time…that's a BIG + for me. i kno the sound of rice cake is not appetizing @ all but quaker came out with this chocolate one that is not bad @ all & it's only 2 pts.

  5. Great video with good ideas. Maybe try Olivio Spray butter. Made with Olive Oil and 5 sprays 0 points and taste is really good.

  7. If you love salted caramel anything, you should try the Halo Top Salted Caramel ice cream. It is AMAZING and only 2 points for 1/2 cup!!!! I actually find it easier to measure by the grams listed rather than trying to shove ice cream in a half cup

  9. I've learned a lot from your journey so I wanted to share a couple of smart point favorites of mine so far. I use one banana (0), better oats fit maple and brown sugar packet (Target 3 sp), and either 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup of egg beater (0 sp). Mash banana, add oatmeal, and beaters. Put in a small loaf pan with spray at 350 for 20-25. 3 smart point snack, dessert or breakfast item that you can eat with topping for an extra point or 2 and fruit either mixed in or on top for 0 extra. Next Ballpark makes a smoked white turkey hotdog for 1 point each. If paired with a Giants/Stop and shop lite hot dog bun (2sp) and little mustard. You've got a pretty filling 3 point snack or part of a meal.

  10. The Utrathin cheeses. The provolone and the baby swiss slices is 1 point for 1 slice. The colby and cheddars are 2 points for 2 slice.

  11. Hi again, wanted to let you know that Walmart sells Salted Caramel tea that is yummy! I haven't seen it in any other stores here in FL. 🙂

  13. Hello! I love your videos. Especially the day of meals ones! I notice in some of your other videos that you've shared some flavored coffies that you like. I know that not all Keurigs will take all coffee pods. Can you tell me what model Keurig that you have where the pods that you get work in? Thank you and please keep making you daily meals videos!
