3/four cup Cream ( I used Coconut Cream for additional daring flavour)
half of cup Cashew Paste ( use 12-15 cashews to grind with water and make paste out of them)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7-Eight cardamom pods to make Cardamom powder
Salt and pepper to style
Rooster drumsticks – 1 kg
Oil for cooking
Garnish with dry fruit
Make a marinade with cream, cashew paste, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cardamom powder. Rub onto rooster and depart for an hour.
When able to prepare dinner.. warmth oil and add rooster items. Seal the cicken and prepare dinner ( or bake at 400 F for 45 minutes) for 12- 15 minutes till rooster is finished. Serve over rice or with naan.
